Oklahoma State Council of Mineralogical Societies

Suggested Duties

1. Carry out the usual business of the State Council

2. Perform all duties assigned to it by the Board of Directors.

3. Shall meet at least once a year prior to the Annual Meeting.

4. Approve the agenda for the Annual Meeting.

5. Advise the Board of Directors of any expense items to be voted on that are not normally expected. Such notice to be 30 days in advance.

6. Propose for the Board of Directors the amount of each scholarship and number for their approval at the Annual Meeting.
